Expanded facilities include global support center and world-class interoperability testing facility

CAMPBELL, CA – February 7, 2006 - ONStor , a leader in enterprise NAS Gateway solutions, today announced that it has recently expanded its worldwide headquarters, doubling its Campbell, Calif. facility to accommodate a growing sales force and greater investment in research and development.

The increased infrastructure will enable ONStor to further develop its Bobcat family of award-winning NAS Gateways, which combine the ease of deployment and simplicity of management of conventional NAS with the scalability and performance of a SAN. ONStor delivers the industry’s highest performance open NAS gateways with three times the performance of NetApp products, based on recent SPEC testing results, and enterprise-class scalability to 40 Petabytes of capacity and more than 10,000 users.

Included in the new facility are a training center, a global customer support site, and a world-class interoperability testing lab. The expanded lab serves to pre-test customer deployments and allows comprehensive testing of solutions that include products from ONStor’s strategic partners.

The expansion also provides ONStor with additional physical office space for its increased sales, support, and R&D staff. With adoption of the company’s NAS Gateways reaching new highs, additional sales and support personnel were needed to fulfill opportunities as companies around the world look to deploy heterogeneous NAS gateways that enable open storage and are interoperable with SAN solutions from other vendors.
