SGI Japan and ONStor Enter Into Reseller Agreement

ONStor and SGI Japan forge partnership to bring enterprise NAS and data management solutions to the Japanese market

CAMPBELL, CA – December 11, 2006 - Today ONStor and SGI Japan announced a multi-year reseller agreement whereby ONStor will serve as the exclusive NAS supplier to SGI Japan, who will in turn offer ONStor Bobcat NAS Gateways and Pantera Clustered NAS systems to the Japanese market.

Together, SGI Japan and ONStor will offer unified storage solutions that support both block and file level data in a range of data management applications, including back-up, archiving, HSM, security, and high-performance NAS. Through the agreement, ONStor and SGI Japan will cooperate on business development, sales, training, marketing, professional services, and support.
