Professional Services
ONStor Professional Services' experienced storage engineers will configure an affordable program, from planning to implementation, to deliver the exact level of support that you require.

Onsite Service
Onsite support when and where you need it. If parts replacement is required, response times as rapid as four hours are available.

Technical Support
Telephone technical support is accessible during the hours you need. Plans are available that provide support directly from ONStor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If an issue requires internal escalation, ONStor proactively manages the process to ensure timely problem resolution.

Documented Service Level Agreement
With all support programs, ONStor provides a detailed Service Level Agreement that includes response times, support contact information, and complete support process flow.

Access to ASSIST, ONStor's Online Support Tool
ONStor ASSIST is an on-line database of technical information that enables partners and customers to independently diagnose and solve installation, configuration, and upgrade problems. In addition, ASSIST provides tools for logging issues and for tracking problem resolution.
